Island Measurement 9'ft. x 5'ft. by 30 " deep with A Wrap around High Bar 14" inch Ledge. If you plan on using Tile for the countertops please select that option to add the 1/2 inch backer on the tops and High Bar. This Island has 2 interior electrical outlets and 2 GFI outlets. It is vented to give proper ventilation to prevent dangerous gas build up. The Island has a Flooring system that comes with the package. The frames are wrapped in Hardi backer board and cut to fit your appliances. The frames also come with welded adjustable feet to level your island on any foundation.
